Import ZIP of samples in PCM

Please help me, I'm losing it...

I can see from discussions that you can import a zip of samples into the PCM synth but I can't work out how to do it and can't find any documentation or video on it...

Sounds simple but nothing I have tried does anything, help appreciated, cheers

I think if you follow the file naming conventions in this tutorial around 1:45 that is supposed to work.

select your samples, rename

select your samples, rename the whatever you like and at the end of every sample add the root key you want.

ex:

Lead_C3 (C3 is the root note)

Lead_C4 (C4 is the root note)

then select both of them and click add on archive, select zip archive and load it in pcmsynth and that's it :D

Thanks all, have done the

Thanks all, have done the above and loaded in.

Sample names have the note names appended from C3 to A4 but they load up all over the place... Ah hold up

Do they need to be in alphabetical order too?

You don't have to rename them

You don't have to rename them first. That's an option.  If you don't, they will be zoned in alphabetical order.
