Use FTP server.

Use FTP server.

Look at page 53 in the PDF manual:
http://www.singlecellsoftware.com/documentation

I think both machines need to be on the same wifi. Might work over web browser if you just need to download the files to new phone, for transfer back and forth use a FTP client.
EDIT: Look elsewhere for suggestions on ftp client apps.AndFTP seems popular. See also:

Make sure both phones are on

Make sure both phones are on the same wifi.

The old phone is an iPhone? Open Caustic on the old phone. Go into settings and choose the Tools-tab. Press the start button. It should say FTP Server Started and display four fields of information. The Server IP should be something like 192.168.1.114, if it's 0.0.0.0 you should hard close Caustic and start again. Server port is maybe 3131 or similar.

Now on your new phone open Google Chrome (other web browsers probably work as well) and enter:
DO NOT CLICK THIS LINK.
ftp://192.168.1.114:3131 or rather the numbers you got as they will be different. These are just for comparison. And then hit go!

It connects and asks for the username and password displayed underneath the numbers on your iPhone. Give it and you're presented with the folders and files of Caustic. Just click a songfile to download. Then just go into My Files and move them to the songs folder of Caustic (still on the new phone). Stop the server in Caustic on the iPhone once you've salvaged all your master prieces from the burning wreck. :-)

If you want to move files into the iPhone you'll need an ftp client app on the Android device and the ftp server on the iPhone must again be started. Use the same numbers and password. Can't say what app to use, mine isn't user friendly and I don't do it often enough to remember how it works.
